This is the website of the allied and complementary medicine database (AMED). AMED is a unique abstract database produced by the Health Care Information Service of the British Library. The British Library is the national library of the United Kingdom and one of the world's greatest libraries. This database covers a selection of journals in three separate subject areas: several professions allied to medicine, complementary medicine and palliative care. Many of the 596 journals included are not indexed elsewhere. The scope of coverage is mainly European with the majority of titles in English. This website offers the List of journals currently indexed for AMED. AMED can be accessed: via the Internet, CD-ROM, or online. It is not available via this webpage, and this webpage offers these linkage.
